CheckQC Contributing Guidelines

First of all, we are super happy that you want to contribute to CheckQC. In order to make the process as smooth as possible, here are some things to keep in mind.

Contributing issues

If you think that you have found a bug, have a question about CheckQC, or have suggestions for improvements, please submit an issue via Github at our main repository. If you have not previously submitted issues via Gitbub, here is a guide which describes the process: https://help.github.com/articles/creating-an-issue/

Contributing code

We accept suggestions for changes to the code via Github pull requests. If you have no previous experience working with git and Github, we recommend that you have a look at this interactive tutorial to get up to speed: https://try.github.io/

Once you have made the changes that you want to make, submit a pull request to us (to the master branch), and we will review the changes.
